This is a design for perfume bottles from South Korea.  Designing the package so that it not only holds the product but also gives people an interesting and memorable experience makes opening it a great experience.  The die-cut leaves are used as the cover of the box to make the physical experience more complete.  It feels like pulling back the leaves in a lush garden and finding a secret treasure when you open the box.

This level of careful creativity makes the wrapping fun and memorable by cleverly tying the story of the product into the act of opening the box.  The picture of plants on the cologne box makes you feel fresh and alive.  The soft, bright colors make you think of nature and the environment, and the detailed drawings make you feel artsy and personal.  When you open the box, the scent fills the room, bringing memories, feelings, and actual items together in a way that engages all of your senses.  This kind of pattern isn’t often seen on perfume boxes.  This kind of packaging is definitely a work of art that perfectly blends style, function, and emotional appeal.
